Welcome to my second blog!!
As you may already know, I began keeping a journal of my daily food consumption following my week of eating Vicky’s Diet.
I found this really helpful but it was becoming a bit of an epic post on my original blog so I have set this blog up to record my diet and will keep my original blog to share my thoughts feeling and experiences.
The main reason for posting detials of my meals is to help me to come to terms with my fears about losing control of my appetite and eating too much.
I am hoping that by posting a log of what I eat every day with photos (when I remember!) it will help me to feel reassured that I am not eating any more than I should be or than is normal!! feel free to leave your comments about my diet (good and bad) Hope you enjoy watching as I learn to get to grips with the most basic of human functions….. to eat!!
I will still be updating my original blog (liseann.wordpress.com) with details of my experiences and feelings but by using a separate blog for my food diary it will be more user friendly and hopefully easier to follow
